How to Use
Step 1
Shake it up! When you hear the bead click in the tube, you know you'll get the most intense color finish.
Step 2
Place the precision tip of the liner as close to your lash line as possible.
Step 3
Continue to glide over for desired look - a simple line or a more dramatic cat eye made easy!
Step 4
Since it's totally waterproof, you'll need to remove with an oil-based makeup remover.
