Deliveries are made, on average, within 1-3 business days of your order being confirmed (Sundays and holidays not included).
Some postcodes will require a longer shipping window. For an estimate for your postcode, please reach out to our support team here.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your package has been shipped, allowing you to track your order.
Standard shipping for any order of less than $30 is $3.95 and shipping is always FREE for any order of $30 or more.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, including a tracking tracking number.
We’re sorry to hear that! Depending on your location, your package may have been left with a neighbour or a local shop. Please continue to refer back to the tracking page for more details. If the status doesn’t change within 48 hours, please contact our support team with your order number for additional help.
You will receive a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order. If you haven’t received a confirmation email, please first check your spam, and then contact our support team here to request that it be resent.
Once you place your order, we, unfortunately, can’t modify or cancel your order. However, you can exchange or return your products within 30 days, once you receive your package.
If the delivery address you entered is incorrect or incomplete, please contact our support team here as quickly as possible. We can only modify delivery address within 12 hours of order confirmation.
We're sorry to hear that! Please take a photo of the product received in error and send it, along with your order number, to our support team. We will then be able to send you the correct replacement.
Oh no! Please take a photo of the your opened package with the products you did receive and send it, along with your order number, to email@example.com. We will then be able to send you the missing product.
Please take a photo of the defective or damaged product and send it, along with your order number, to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then be able to send you a replacement.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
If you’re not completely satisfied with the product you received, you can always return or exchange it within 30 days of receiving your package. Please contact us here to complete your return or exchange.
Our return and exchange policy is for 30 days, starting the day you receive your package. We are not able to process returns or exchanges after 30 days.
REFUNDS: we will process your refund as soon as your package reaches our warehouse. The refund takes up to 10 business days once the process has begun, and will be refunded to the original payment method used to place the order.
EXCHANGES: We will process your exchange as soon as your package reaches our warehouse. Exchanges are then handled in the same way as a new order; you will receive and email confirmation, followed by a shipping notification once the package is on its way.

You can opt in to receive our emails in the footer of every page of our website. You will receive updates, access to exclusive deals and be the first to know about new products. When you opt in to receive our emails you are opting in to both WUNDERBROW and Casa Zeta-Jones x WUNDERBROW emails.
If you no longer wish to subscribe to receive our emails, you can unsubscribe simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the footer in one of our emails.
Please note when you unsubscribe from WUNDERBROW emails, you are not opted out from receiving Casa-Zeta Jones emails and vice versa. You can unsubscribe from each in the footer.
Please note, once you unsubscribe, it can take up to 7 days for the change to take effect.

Once you’ve hit 500 points you can start spending. Every 500 points = $5 off that you can redeem at checkout

No. Wunderclub is exclusive to wunderbrow.ca so points can be earned or redeemed on any of the products on our website.
No, your WUNDERCLUB discounts cannot be used in conjunction with other code-based offers or discounts.
